    Chief of the National Police of Ukraine Serhii Knyazev got familiar with the operation of the smart police station in Dubai. This is a unique service with fully automated operations and services. Serhii Knyazev got acquainted with the work of the smart station as part of a working visit of the Ukrainian delegation to the United Arab Emirates headed by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.

    The smart station operates 24/7 and offer 27 services. In particular, at the station, one can pay a fine for violating the Road Traffic Rules, order certificates and even get legal advice. The smart station provides services in six languages, while responses to inquiries are sent to e-mail of the requester.

    According to Serhii Knyazev, with the help of the smart station, a person can order a service or report about an offense - and the signal will be automatically transferred to the central operating console, registered and verified by the patrol police. Such stations are located in pedestrian and other areas, at the same time, so that people can get services without leaving the car.

    "This service is a highly customer-focused and eliminates corruption risks. It is very interesting for the Ukrainian police, as we are gradually advancing and launching similar technologies in our country", said the Chief of the National Police.

    As was reported that the 87th annual session of the INTERPOL General Assembly egan in Dubai. Within the framework of the working visit to the UAE, bilateral meetings between Chief of the National Police Serhii Knyazev and chiefs of the police structures of several countries, in particular, Indonesia, Canada and Spain, are scheduled.
