Estonia expresses readiness to assist the Ministry of Social Policy in matters of digitization, creation of simple, clear and transparent services for the citizens.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Ukraine Kaimo Kuusk said at a meeting with Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Yulia Sokolovska.

Estonia is a leader among European countries by the introduction of electronic services. That is why the assistance of this country is extremely important for the implementation of "A State in a Smartphone" concept, which is being introduced by the current Government.

“We want to allow all the services the Ministry is responsible for to be provided through a smartphone. This is a huge challenge as the social sphere is now lagging behind in terms of digitization. And at the same time, it is a huge chance for the long-awaited changes, as our "clients" are actually the entire population of the country", Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Yulia Sokolovska wrote on her official Facebook page on the results of the meeting.
