The Government has endorsed a decision to expand the ATO / JFO veterans support program for internally displaced persons (IDPs). This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"From now on, the program will include volunteers who defended Ukraine and lost their homes. They will have an opportunity to receive compensation for housing," the Head of Government noted.

The Prime Minister stressed that at the initiative of the President of Ukraine, the Government would allocate a record level of funding for the relevant support program this year, so that all veterans from among IDPs receive their own housing.
