The Government has approved regulations on Territorial Centres of Recruitment and Social Support, announced Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"We are actually talking about the "Military CASP", which will replace the military comissariats. Territorial Centers will allow modernizing and improving the organization of the process of military recruiting, conscription and mobilization," said the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister emphasized, the Oberig system would be fully launched in the Territorial Centres of Recruitment and Social Support. This is a register of conscripts and reservists, which, according to him, will increase the effectiveness of the deployment of the defense and training of our army.
