In regions where bad weather has complicated traffic, snow clearing activities, treatment of the road surface with anti-icing materials, and clearing of roadsides, bridges, and descents are continuing.
More than 985 pieces of equipment and more than 1,200 road workers are involved in the work.
Stocks of sand-salt mixtures, technical salt, and fuel and lubricants are being used, i.e., everything necessary for a rapid response.
Particular attention is being paid to areas where there are short-term traffic complications, in particular in Kyiv, Odesa, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Lviv, and other regions.
The situation is being monitored on an ongoing basis.
