During a working visit to Vinnytsia, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska and the Government team toured the sports complex of a local sports school, which is fully equipped for people with limited mobility.

"We have identified barrier-free environment as a key parameter in the reconstruction. Unfortunately, war traumatizes both categories - the military and civilians. And each of them should have equal access to services and feel comfortable in their communities. This institution should become a model for local authorities in the recovery process in terms of transforming sports complexes into accessible spaces for all citizens," said Denys Shmyhal.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the sports complex, which has a swimming pool, gymnasium, and various sports facilities, also provides rehabilitation for the military.
