During a working trip to Ternopil Region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal visited the newly built Pidhorodne Primary School with a preschool department as part of the Presidential Construction programme.

"For years, there was no preschool in the suburban village of Pidhorodne in Ternopil region, and elementary school students studied in an old building built more than a century ago. As part of the President's programme Large Construction, a first-stage secondary school with a preschool was built here. Children and teachers received modern and appropriate conditions for the educational process," said Denys Shmyhal.

Construction of Pidhorodne Primary School with a preschool department started in May 2020. The institution opened on September 1 this year.
