Interaction with the state should be characterized with maximum comfort for citizens, in particular, in the field of public services. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal emphasized in his introductory statement at the beginning of the Government meeting on February 3.
During the session, the Cabinet of Ministers supported the creation of the National Web Platform for Administrative Service Provision Centers. The Head of Government noted that the platform, in particular, will have a map providing an opportunity to see all the CASPs in the country, get to their websites and assess the quality of services in a particular center.
"The platform will also host training courses and assessment of the quality of training for CASP employees," noted Denys Shmyhal.
In addition, the Government extended the pilot project to develop skills and promote remote payment for housing and communal services among recipients of pensions and cash benefits until December 31, 2021.
According to the Prime Minister, such a decision reduces the risk of contracting coronavirus infection in the department and at the same time increases the digital literacy of the elderly.
"After all, one can also pay for utilities and apply for the same subsidy online. That is, you no longer need to visit offices, wait in queues and fill out additional documents. For example, the vast majority of subsidies are now assigned and reassigned automatically," said Denys Shmyhal.
