Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal introduced the newly appointed Minister Yulia Svyrydenko to the staff of the Ministry of Economy.

"The Ministry has received a professional chairman, who has passed all stages of public administration and public economy. Yulia Anatoliivna understands in-depth all the processes and is well acquainted with the staff of the Ministry. I wish fruitful work for the benefit of our state and the Ukrainian people," the Prime Minister said.

First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko stressed that she understands what society’s expectations of the Ministry are and what tasks it faces.

On November 4, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Yulia Svyrydenko as First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine by 256 votes.
