    During a working trip to Luhansk region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal got acquainted with the work of the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Center in the premises of the Severodonetsk City Palace of Culture. The Prime Minister was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk and Head of Luhansk Regional State Administration - Head of the Regional Military-Civil Administration Serhii Haidai.

    According to the Prime Minister, a total of more than 24,000 people have been vaccinated at the mass vaccination center. The institution is open daily, without weekends and holidays. 

    "Today we discussed with the head of the military-civil administration the issue of ensuring the comfort of vaccination and PCR testing at checkpoints. We call on all Ukrainians, regardless of whether they are in controlled or temporarily occupied territories, to be vaccinated against COVID-19. There are all the possibilities and all the vaccines that are recognized in the world. Vaccination is a key element in the fight against the pandemic and an important element in preserving life and health," said Denys Shmyhal.

    The Head of the Government was informed that the mass vaccination center has the opportunity to vaccinate 1,000 people daily. Pfizer/BioNTech, CoronaVac and Moderna vaccines are available at the facility.
