Centralized monitoring of the quality of the work of the Centers for Administrative Services Provision (CASPs) will allow them to significantly improve work in the future, and now, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, a system of such monitoring is being developed.
This was announced by Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleksandr Saienko in the framework of a working trip of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman to Odesa while visiting the Trasparent Office CASP, having the capacity to handle over 500 visitors per day and provide up to 400 administrative and social services in one place.
According to the Minister, today in Ukraine there are already 767 CASPs operating, in which from 50 to several hundred services are provided folowing a one stop shop principle. Almost all the centers are connected to the main electronic registries. For example, 89.7% are connected to the United State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, 93.4% - to the State Register of Property Rights to Immovable Property.
"Certainly, there are still problems, in particular shortage of skilled personnel in rural areas, insufficient level of financial support of the CASPs formed under district administrations. However, I assure you that we will solve them. The main thing is that the emergence of new administrative centers is an irreversible process. We welcome that this expertise was applied by newly formed consolidated communities. Gradually, we are transforming the state to serve people", said Olexandr Saienko.
