Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal signed an order to introduce the DELTA system at all levels of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

“DELTA is a digital battlefield management ecosystem that creates a technological advantage for the Ukrainian army: it allows you to see the battlefield in real time, plan operations and exchange information within a unit, brigade, grouping, and, if necessary, with allies,” said Denys Shmyhal.

He noted that DELTA had successfully passed the information security test and a real combat test: during the defense of Kyiv in 2022, during the destruction of the enemy's Black Sea Fleet, the liberation of Zmiinyi Island, and the de-occupation of Kherson.

“Now it will become a single source for data exchange, as it can be accessed everywhere - from a laptop, tablet, phone, and is used by commanders of all levels,” the Defense Ministry chief said.

Every day, the system supports the targeting of more than 2,000 enemy objects, and over a year, it is more than half a million verified destroyed and affected targets, added Denys Shmyhal.

In addition, DELTA is constantly being updated. In particular, an artificial intelligence platform has been added to the system, which allows for the automatic detection of enemy equipment online.

"The use of DELTA continues to scale, and new modules are being developed. This is a massive digital weapon in the arsenal of our army. The army that is constantly being modernized and gaining technological superiority over the enemy," summarized the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
