On March 31, 2021, the Government amended the procedure for providing financial state support to small and medium-sized enterprises.
With these changes, the Cabinet of Ministers has improved the state support program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%". Thus, more representatives of the creative industries and tourism will be able to receive assistance from the state for business development, exports, refinancing of their loans, which will contribute to the preservation and functioning of their business during the quarantine period.
The Government members understand that due to the spread of the coronavirus and the introduction of restrictions, small and medium-sized businesses, including representatives of the creative industries and tourism, face inability to provide services, lose markets due to a ban or reduced consumer solvency. At the same time, they need to preserve staff, keep fixed assets in working order until the resumption of activities after quarantine. It is also necessary to meet current commitments and constant expenses.
Therefore, the adoption of this decision will restore the activity of entrepreneurs who have suffered from quarantine restrictions.
