In January 2023, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) traced equity stakes, securities, and cash worth about 1.4 billion in UAH equivalent.

Besides, the Agency has tracked down more than 1,100 items of property, including:

• 375 residential and non-residential real estate assets;
• 373 units of motor vehicles;
• 327 land plots;
• 33 units of agricultural machinery with components;
• 9 intellectual property rights;
• 6 units of other property (goods);
• 6 units of sea/river transport;
• 2 units of aviation/air transport.

The National Agency provided information on the assets to law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Justice within the framework of criminal proceedings and the sanctions mechanism, respectively. Assets sought in criminal cases may be further seized, transferred to ARMA, and confiscated. At the same time, property sought by the National Agency at the request of the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the Law on Sanctions may be recovered in favor of the State by a decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
