On February 20-23, 2018 the 80th session of the Inland Transport Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is taking place in Geneva.

The High-level segment on the theme "Intermodality: The Key to Sustainable Transport and Mobility" has been conducted in the course of the session. Delegations of member countries are also discussing strategic questions of developing various modes of transport and will sum up the results of the Committee's and its subsidiary bodies' activities in 2016-2017 and will approve its Programme of work for 2018-2019.

The delegation of Ukraine, headed by Mr. A. Galyshchak, State Secretary of the Ministry ofInfrastructure of Ukraine, as well as the representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the 80th session of the Committee.
