The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has determined the benchmark in the economy to achieve a 5-7% GDP growth in Ukraine, while the key focus this year is the privatization of non-strategic state assets and the corporatization of strategically important state-owned companies. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman told during a meeting with economic experts. The Head of Government emphasized, it stands to reason that such meetings have become traditional, as during such discussions tactical accents of the state’s development can be defined and strategic goals in work be set.

The theme of the current meeting was the Government's Activities Report and challenges for 2018. "We presented a report on the results of work of the Government in 2017. These are 192 pages containing our achievements and the plan of action and life of the country this year,"
