The first meeting of the Steering Committee of the project "Urban Public Transport of Ukraine" was held
On February 2, 2018, Viktor Dovhan, the Deputy Minister
for European Integration, chaired the first meeting of
the Steering Committee of the
project "Urban Public Transport of Ukraine". Representatives of the Ministry of
Infrastructure of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance of
Ukraine and European Investment Bank took part
in the event.
According to the results of the
meeting, the Steering Committee made a decision to approve the
Procedures Manual for the Project "Urban Public Transport
of Ukraine" (on December 20, 2017 edition).
The state of
preparation and coordination of the updated list
of sub-projects of participating cities as well
as results of evaluation of
the financial condition of potential
final beneficiaries were
discussed.
The project will
be implemented in accordance with
the Law of
Ukraine “On ratification of the Financial Agreement
(“Urban Public Transport of Ukraine”
project) between Ukraine and the
European Investment Bank”.
