"I express gratitude to our military and those who restrain the aggressor in the East. Our task is to ensure a decent financing of the army. This year we have allocated a sum worth UAH 165 billion both for providing and for technical modernization," the Prime Minister remarked.

The Head of Government placed a special emphasis on the necessity to ensure the conditions for crossing the separation line.

"We reached an agreement (with Donetsk regional military-civilian administration) to create normal conditions for security and everyday life in order for people to cross the line normally," the Prime Minister added.
