The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the decision to fully ensure the provision of assistance to the Ukrainian prisoners captured in Donbas and released as a result of the negotiation process being held for many-moths. According to the Prime Minister, the volume of aid both financial and medical should be determined in the shortest possible time.

"This is an extremely serious and landmark event. We could never imagine that our citizens will be taken as prisoners in their homeland. This runs counter to common sense, but we must fight for every life, for freedom and for territorial integrity. I talked to the President. We have agreed to provide all necessary aid, in particular, social and financial (to the prisoners). I would like to commission the Minister of Social Policy to carry out necessary work with families, to outline financial and medical aid, to find out the problems and what should be done. In January all issues should be resolved", underscored the Prime Minister.
