The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross briefed and consulted the Ukrainian service members on application of the international humanitarian law during hostilities that took place in Vinnystia. The seminar was aimed at informing the audience about the International Committee of the Red Cross, about its tasks, especially in Ukraine and east of Ukraine, as well as informing about principle of the International Humanitarian Law.

According to the seminar organizers, cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine is rather successful this year and similar events were organized in different military garrisons of Ukraine.
