Sea Breeze 2018 initial planning conference kicks off in Odesa. This conference is aimed at developing scenario, approving exercise tasks, and defining capabilities.

The Ukrainian party is led by Deputy Commander of the Ukrainian Navy Rear Admiral Oleksii Neizhpapa and the US party is chaired by Captain 1st Rank Michael Villegas.

“We should consider all proposals provided by participants following the outcomes of the last year exercise which was rather comprehensive and effective. We should improve our interoperability and increase our results”, Rear Admiral Oleksii Neizhpapa stressed.
