In Kyiv, Colonel General Oleksandr Dublian briefed the representatives of the military diplomatic corps accredited in Ukraine, international organizations, and foreign advisers on the Defence Ministry achievements in 2017 and plans for next year.

“The Ukrainian army has been implementing changes in hybrid warfare for the fourth year. The Russian aggression is real”, General Dublian said.

He also informed about increase of the defence budget in 2018.

“We are interested in signing defence technical contracts with our partners to increase capacities of our defence industry, increase the volumes of acquisition of defence products, share technologies and scientific studies”, State Secretary remarked.

Colonel General Oleksandr Dublian awarded the representatives of military diplomatic corps and foreign advisers for their contribution to reforms and development of the defence sector of Ukraine.
