Taking into account external challenges and our internal tasks, the Plan of Implementation of the Concept for the Development of Ukrainian Gas Production Industry, approved by the Government in December last year, must be implemented in full.

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion stressed during a meeting on the progress of execution of the Concept in Poltava under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Ukraine in the framework of his working visit to the region.

According to him, shortly draft decisions will be submitted for the Government’s consideration aimed to intensify the implementation of the measures envisaged by the aforesaid Concept.

It concerns a new Procedure for the provision of special permits for the use of subsoil (CMU Resolution No. 615), the Procedure for conducting auctions for the sale of special permits for subsoil use (CMU Resolution No. 594), the Regulation on the Procedure for the dissemination of geological information (CMU Resolution No. 423) and the Methodology for defining the cost of reserves and resources of minerals (CMU Resolution No. 1117).
