State Statistics Service: Export volumes of Ukrainian products increased by 17.5%
According to the data of the
State Statistics Service of Ukraine,
the export volumes of production
of mining and processing industry in Ukraine
for the year
increased in general to the
tune of 20.1%, while the export
turnover grew by 17.5%,
Thus, annual growth
of turnover in the extraction
of coal and
brown coal is 30%, extraction of oil and
gas - 12.5%, extraction of metal ores
- 50%. In processing, the most positive
dynamics of turnover was observed in the manufacture
of textiles and clothing (37.5%), chemical products (32.1%), metallurgy and machine building (21.9% and 21.5% respectively).
In geographical terms,
the fifth part (19.5%) of turnover was formed
by enterprises of the Dnipropetrovsk
region. Among the leading ones
are Vinnytsia, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Lviv, Poltava,
Kharkiv regions and the
city of Kyiv.
