Ukraine fully supports and complies with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) on civil aviation safety and is grateful to the leadership of the UN Aviation Agency for supporting Ukraine and confirming its rights to navigate the skies over the Black Sea. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced during a meeting with President of the ICAO Council Dr. Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu and the ICAO Secretary General Dr. Fang Liu.
