  • Ukrainian and Romanian Navy delegations discuss issues of development of bilateral cooperation and strengthening security in Black Sea Region

    Ukrainian Navy delegation led by Navy Commander Vice Admiral Ihor Voronchenko and Romanian Navy delegation led by Chief of the Romanian Naval Forces Vice Admiral Aleksandru Mîrşu discussed further bilateral cooperation and development of system of regional security in Black sea in Braila (Romania).

    The parties praised the development of cooperation and importance of its enhancement and focused on discussion of maritime security issue in the region. The delegations also stressed the necessity to continue participation in exercises Sea Breeze, Sea Shield, and Poseidon. A particular attention was paid to bilateral exercise, including the exercise on the Dunabe River.
