Minister of Defence of Ukraine General of the Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak congratulated the National Invictus Team Ukraine on successful participation in the Invictus Games and welcomed heroes in Ukraine.

“The National Invictus Team Ukraine claimed 14 medals at the international competition in Toronto. Fifteen heroes competed in powerlifting, swimming, athletics, indoor rowing, archery, and cycling and brought 14 medals,” the Minister said.

It should be noted that first ever participation of our heroes in the Invictus Games held in Toronto was triumphal. Unconquered competitors won 14 medals such as 8 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
