The
situation in Kalynivka (Vinnytsya
region), where the fire and detonation of ammunition in the military warehouses
took place, is under control. The key task for all services -
human security. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.
The PM is
on the site of the accident.
"All
services have been mobilized, everyone is working, the
situation is under control. Comprehensive measures to suppress the fires are being
taken. Now every effort has been made by all. Each unit carries out its functions
- the rescuers, the National Police, and the Ministry of Defense," the
Prime Minister said.
He stressed
that the situation is serious, but the Government has experience in overcoming
such situations, and at the moment, the main thing is to make sure everybody is
nice and safe.
"At
present, people are being evacuated; there are enough
transport to move citizens who want to go to a safe place. Three places of
accommodation have already been deployed, there is everything you need.
Everything will be fine. I would ask not to panic", says
Volodymyr Groysman.
He also
notes that different versions of the causes of the event are currently being
worked out, and probably it is about external factors.
