EEF resource to amount to UAH 1,200 million in 2018

In 2018 it is
planned to direct from the state budget the sum worth UAH 400 million to the
Energy Efficiency Fund (EEF), as is stipulated by the draft 2018 State Budget
of Ukraine. Yet another sum worth UAH 800 million the Energy Efficiency Fund will
be able to raise from international donors over the following
year. The share of funding to be directed from the EEF to Warm Loan program
makes up UAH 400 million.
They provide an opportunity to obtain 20 to 40% nonrepayable subsidy for insulation of home, installation of meters or replacement of gas boilers with better energy consumption characteristics.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine registered a bill in Parliament on September 15 pursuant to the provisions of the budget law.
