Prime Minister about reload of Government's activity: Structure to be reshaped for 10 ministries
The Government of
Ukraine, within the framework of the civil service reform, is planning to
review the structure of 10 ministries and establish special directorates in
them designed to pursue the policy of the Government. This was announced by
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman while speaking with journalists in
Ternopil.
"We are
going to set up directorates in 10 ministries responsible for strategic
planning and formation of each particular ministry’s policy. Each ministry has
its profile. We are talking about absolutely clear competence, policy to be
implemented and clear assessment of the implementation of objectives", the
Head of Government noted.
He told that the
staff of the Directorates will be formed of about a thousand new employees who are
to be selected through competition.
"This means that a thousand people who will undergo a rigorous selection will join the executive authorities. I call them “agents of change”, added Volodymyr Groysman.
