
Government is preparing a decision on the redeployment of UAH 15 billion for incentives and subsidies for district heating providers, says Prime Minister
The Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine is engaged in elaboration of a decision on the redeployment of UAH 15 billion for financing
programmes for granting benefits and subsidies on
payment for utilities, and looks forward to its adoption in Parliament
by the end of June. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced
during A Question Time for the Government at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on
Friday.
"The Government this month, and I will ask for the support of Parliament, is to submit a proposal for the redistribution of UAH 15 billion for benefits and subsidies to all enterprises of fuel and energy complex –providers of communal services. There will be made all the calculations, all the funds planned, what is required is an approval of the Parliament. In June we will solve this issue", said the Prime Minister.
He emphasized that currently all the sums are being recalculated, and the Government engages in estimating of the necessary funds.
