Ukraine pledges interest in applying of innovative experience of Israel in Ukraine seek to develop domestic education and science as well as in applying of experience of public and private support of the latest scientific and technical developments. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the meeting with Head of Israeli part of the Joint Ukraine-Israel Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation, Minister of Environmental Protection, Minister of Jerusalem Affairs and Heritage Zeev Elkin.

“We are committed to intensify cooperation with Israel in the field of exchange of experience of public and private support for the latest scientific and technical developments", accentuated the Prime Minister.

Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Lilia Hrynevych who attended the meeting pointed out that Ukraine could use best practices of Israel in the development of inclusive education  as well as of higher and secondary education.

In turn, Zeev Elkin underlined that "the sphere of education, both school and higher is one of the most promising areas of cooperation between the two countries. The parties also agreed that the issue of cooperation in the sphere of education and science should become a matter of a separate visit of representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the participation of rectors of Ukrainian higher educational institutions and teachers to learn Israel's experience as well as to strengthen cooperation in the strategic directions.
