Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman arrived to Kharkiv region and is on his way to Balakliia where in the territory of an ammunition depot of the Ministry of Defence there occurred blasts.

During the flight the Prime Minister held an operational meeting in connection with the emergency situation in Kharkiv region.
