The next objective on the agenda after power supply restored in the town is to support the residents and to ensure town to return to normal life, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman by phone on air of the TV channel INTER.

"Our current challenge is to support all civilians of the town, to return law and order to the town, if normal life can exist there, because there remains permanent threat of shelling all across the contact line by Russian mercenaries every minute", told the Head of Government.

The Prime Minister stressed that electricity supply had been completely restored to the area. He noted that as soon as the responsible services had started repair work, the rebels immediately had opened fire and hampered the repair activities.

"We were trying to provide maximum support to every resident of Avdiyivka in such a difficult moment. Now all the services are on the ground. Everyone knows what must they do to respond", said Volodymyr Groysman.

"We will do everything in order to support life, to prevent the possibility of blackouts. But we can't predict the actions of the Russian militants, as they can shell energy facilities at any moment", said the Prime Minister.
