With joining efforts of the Government, the military, the regional administration and the SES we managed to restore electricity supply in Avdiyivka, announced Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.

"We have done that due to vigorous, well coordinated and sustained action by all government agencies, the military, the SES, the RSA. I congratulate the residents of Avdiyivka. And once again thank you all!!!" said the Head of Government.

Moreover, according to Volodymyr Groysman, that day he had a telephone conversation with Vice Prime Minister Hennadii Zubko and Chairman of the Donetsk regional military-civil administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky regarding the situation with power supplies in the town.

"I want to reiterate my gratitude to everyone who in these days, risking their own lives, is solving the problems of the residents of Avdiivka – the military, the National Guards officers, rescuers of the SES, all involved services", stressed Volodymyr Groysman.
