there have been evacuated 200 people (including 95 children).
1 emergency station
is functioning (7 tents of the SES, 1 belonging to charity organization), 3 fixed
warming stations are operating that have been visited by over 8 thousand 100
people, three field kitchens provide warm meals. The outside
temperature is minus 7 degrees Celsius.
There have been organized
activities of the Headquarters on liquidation of consequences of the emergency
situation, cooperation among various services. The situation is supervised by
the SES.

operating round-the-clock, and phone numbers of the Headquarters for the emergency
situation determined (095-215-10-03 and 062-36-315-44).
