According to the press centre of the ‘anti-terror’ operation (ATO) HQ, the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination and Stabilization of Demarcation Line along with the OSCE SMM took all measures to implement the ceasefire in Avdiivka. Thanks to the ceasefire, the emergency repair activities commenced.

Over the past days Avdiivka has been living under massive artillery and mortar attacks that resulted in destruction of homes, cutting off the water supply and electricity. Many buildings are without central heating.
