Local authorities and representatives of all regulatory authorities should praise each entrepreneur who invests in the Ukrainian economy and creates new jobs. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman at a meeting with heads of consolidated communities of Ternopil region in the village of Skoryky.

He noted that in the context of decentralization there had been delegated greater authority to local executive bodies. In particular, an authority to register business, property, construction, to manage land resources, "all those areas in which you must provide high-quality service to both the citizens and those investing in the economy", said Volodymyr Groysman.

The Prime Minister announced that in the budget for 2017 the Government had planned a 3% economic growth. "That's insufficient, this result should be doubled, but this requires investment and proper environment in the country", expressed Volodymyr Groysman.

"When each head of administration, chairman of regional council, mayor, tax collector, customs officer, another controller bow his head to the person who works. That's my objective. To all government authorities or local self-government bodies I appeal with a big ask: we must bow our heads to those who invest in Ukraine, who create workplaces. We must ensure optimum conditions for they could create five jobs instead of one. As a result we will have economic growth and improved living standards", stressed the Head of Government.
