Prime Minister urged concerned professionals to participate in competitions for the posts of state secretaries: Come to public service and change the situation in the country
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman calls on reformers and concerned citizens to take part in open competitions to fill the posts of secretaries of state.
"Today I call upon reformers, people who are indifferent to the fate of our country: submit your applications, participate in these contests, join civil service and assume responsibility for the changes within the country," said Volodymyr Groysman during a Government meeting on Wednesday.
The Head of
Government noted that civil service reform is being underway in Ukraine. One of
its important components is to conduct public, open competitions for the posts
of state secretaries.
The Prime
Minister emphasized that there had been opened "hundreds of vacancies to
which one can apply – but they are not for those having backstair
influence as it used to be, but those people who by their knowledge, abilities,
aspirations can come and change the situation in the country."
"These
are absolutely public jobs for Ukrainian citizens", he stressed.
