Prime Ministers of Ukraine and France agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the humanitarian sphere
Prime
Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and Prime Minister of the French
Republic Manuel Valls during a meeting on Thursday
discussed opportunities to intensify bilateral cooperation in the humanitarian
area.
The Head of
Ukrainian Government informed the French party that a reform of the civil service had been launched in Ukraine.
In this
regard, he noted that Ukraine is eager to prolong interaction with the
National School of Administration (ENA) and the Directorate General for Administration and
the Civil Service of France (DGAFP).
The Prime
Minister also appealed with a request to include the Ukrainian language in the
list of foreign languages to take an exam to obtain the French diploma of
secondary education (Baccalaureate).
"Revitalization
of measures to reform the civil service is among the priorities of the
Ukrainian Government", emphasized Volodymyr Groysman.
