  • PM: Government has envisaged UAH 300 million to rebuild sports infrastructure in 2017

    The Government is motivated to rebuild the sports infrastructure in the country and has planned the sum worth 300 million for this purpose in the draft budget for 2017. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced during A Question Time at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Friday.

    "We want to develop sports infrastructure”, said Volodymyr Groysman. “It completely coincides with our plans and is included in the draft budget for 2017".

    Therefore, under the State Regional Development Fund the Government has projected funding in the amount of UAH 300 million to be directed to co-finance the territories in which the sports infrastructure will be restored, explained the Prime Minister.

    "The time has come when we have to rebuild sports stadiums, playgrounds for mass sports", urged Volodymyr Groysman.
