On September 27 during the 33d session of the Human Rights Council the interactive dialogue on the human rights situation in Ukraine took place.
Sergiy Kyslytsya, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine urged to stop mass violations of human rights on the occupied territories of Ukraine. He stressed that the only way to prevent the rapid growth of civilian casualties is by forcing the Russian Federation to implement the Minsk agreements.
Delegations of Member States discussed the 15th report of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine and noted the continuing deterioration of the human rights situation in occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea, facts of systematic persecution of dissidents by the occupation authorities under the pretext of fighting extremism.
