The representatives of the US and Ukrainian Navy discussed the concept of Sea Breeze 2017 in Kyiv, September 26.

The parties analyzed the experience gained during Sea Breeze 2016, discussed THE form, scenario, and participants of future events. They agreed the subject, training issues, basic elements, regions, terms, location of planning conference and exercise, as well as list of countries and organizations to be invited to take part in the exercise.

Following the discussion the subject of this exercise will be the multinational security operation in crisis region.
