Hennadii Zubko: Ukraine is preparing an investment proposal for China to cooperate in housing construction and mortgage lending

Ukraine is preparing for China an investment proposal to cooperate in housing construction and mortgage lending areas. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko in his comment on the results of the 4th meeting of the Subcommission on trade and economic cooperation of the Cooperation Commission between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the PRC.

"The Chinese side positively evaluated the pace of cooperation with the Ministry of Regional Development in terms of implementation of the memoranda between the Ministry and the state company CITIC Construction Co., Ltd, and also between the State Mortgage Institution of Ukraine and the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Ltd. (CCEC). In addition, the Government of China confirmed the readiness to deepen collaboration in housing construction, development of mortgage market in Ukraine. We arranged that we will prepare an investment proposal to be sent to our Chinese partners for consideration", said Hennadii Zubko.

It should be noted that Hennadii Zubko is chairman of the Ukrainian part of the Cooperation Commission between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the PRC.
