All the
decisions necessary for the full launch of an electronic Declaration system
should be taken promptly. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in his
comments regarding the delay with the launch of the e-Declaration.
"Thus,
the system of electronic declaration triggered today, though, unfortunately, without the certificate of the State Service of Special
Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine. As was claimed by the NACP [National Agency
on Corruption Prevention – ed.], the software has sufficient program modules for submission, storage and publication of the declarations, as
required by law, so it can begin to operate”.
Regarding the flaws that hampered to launch the system in full. First, all the necessary decisions
to settle this situation must be adopted and implemented in the near future.
And, second, according to my commission, the National Agency of Ukraine on
Civil Service is currently engaged in an official investigation to find the
persons involved in the attempts to hamper the electronic Declaration system to
be launched in a timely manner. By its results we will draw conclusions.
Anyway, the
system of electronic Declaration will be operating in Ukraine."
