Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman advocates the establishment in Ukraine’s towns of Transparent Offices, which will provide citizens with opportunity to get all possible administrative and social services. The Head of Government said at a recent session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine during the consideration of implementation on the territory of Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv of pilot projects to set up social service centers in the format of a Transparent Office.
"What I want to achieve is that each territory would have centers of administrative services on the principle of organizational unity”, stressed Volodymyr Groysman. “It is vital to ensure that one could apply for a pension and register a business".
The Prime Minister gave an example of his own experience of establishing of four centers of providing administrative services "where one can receive a pension and a subsidy, and a business, and register and do all that needs to be done. Now we should extend this experience as soon as possible", he said.
"I would like that all around Ukraine we had exactly the following approach: to prevent making a person run from one queue to another, whether it is a gas provider, energy supplier and so on. Everything should concentrate in one place. People should not run around and ask, but those who are involved - the clerks - have to sit in one place and provide efficient service", emphasized the Prime Minister.
Volodymyr Groysman announced that for the implementation of pilot projects for the creation of social services centers in the format of a Transparent Office in Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv there will be attracted the funds of the World Bank, local and central budgets. "It implies synergy, it enables to get a very good result", he said.
