Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman encourages those citizens who pay for utility services more than 15% of their income to use the state system of subsidies.

"But all those who are wealthy and have normal incomes will pay full, anti-corruption price," he said.

He has also noted the effectiveness of the "warm" loans, which enables to carry out energy efficiency measures. This is particularly important after the establishment of the single market-based gas price in Ukraine, pointed out Volodymyr Groysman.

"The program provides an opportunity to accelerate the pace in upgrading of the energy sphere that will be a success and will make our country energy independent," he stressed.
