The drafting of a complex of anti-corruption laws, the launch of activity of bodies designed to curb corruption and facts of arrests of Ukrainian officials ensured the irreversibility of the path of overcoming corruption in Ukraine. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced at a seminar for regional mass media on energy efficiency and a tariff policy of the Government on Thursday.

"You can see now arrests and all that? I can tell you clearly, you can write down my words, this is the beginning of the end of corruption in Ukraine", stressed the Prime Minister.

Volodymyr Groysman reminded that last year the Parliament had adopted the whole package of laws necessary to root out corruption.

"How long this fight will last, it’s hard to say. Maybe a year, maybe two, but the fact it has commenced, right now, in these months, is absolutely obvious," he noted.
