For the first 4 months of current year Ukraine exported agricultural
products more than $ 4,5 billion and it amounted to 42,2% of total State export
for the current period.
According to the
State Statistic Service of Ukraine during January-May, 2016 Ukraine exported
agrarian products on sum $4566392,7 thousand.
The main part of
export is:
- cereal crops
(17,9% of total export and amounted to $ 1934175,8 thousand);
- finished food
products (6,2% of total export and amounted to $ 672075,9 thousand);
- oilseeds and oil
yields (3,3% of total export and amounted to $ 351463,3 thousand).
At the same period
Ukraine imported agrarian products on sum $1.5 billion and formed the positive
balance in foreign trade in agri-food products and amounted to $3,1 billion. Moreover, the main part of import during
January-May, 2016 is:
- finished food
products (4,5% of total import and amounted to $ 526633,6 thousand);
- oilseeds and oil
yields (1,9% of total import and amounted to $ 222066,8 thousand);
- edible fruits and
nuts (1,5% of total import and amounted to $ 170988,2 thousand);
- fish and
lemmas (1,3% of total import and amounted to $147691,1 thousand).
