tax reform in the country. According
to him, amendments to tax laws should be stable and predictable for business.
"We have to
work out approaches to tax reform of high quality as well as to implement it as
soon as possible. These changes should be adopted so that, on the one hand, both
the state and business have enough time to prepare for their implementation, on
the other hand, it is necessary to impose a moratorium on any changes
in tax legislation for 3 to 5 years. It will give businesses necessary
predictability," he emphasized.
